Delivery & Returns
All orders are sent by registered post or via Fastway couriers. Delivery to Ireland takes 2 to 3 business days after your item is shipped. Please note, due to the current worldwide pandemic - Covid 19, delays of up to 10 days are possible. However, here at Diamonds Jewellers we are working our hardest to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

FREE Click and Collect:
Free click and collect services are available 7 days a week. Orders can be collected from our Dundalk and Navan stores. Just select which location you would like to collect your order from at the checkout page.
Full payment is taken online at the time of your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and then another email when your order is available to be picked up. Orders are usually available the next working day, however please allow up to 5 working days for collection services.
- Only the orderer can collect an order in-store
- Orders cannot be collected by someone on your behalf
- Photographic I.D is needed to collect the order
- You will need to bring with you a copy of your ready to collect order email
Diamonds Jewellers operates a strict 14 day return policy and a 28 day exchange policy. All items must be returned unworn, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

- Choose a trusted courier that will insure your parcel for loss.
- Send to: Diamonds Jewellers, Unit 16, The Marshes Shopping Centre, The Ramparts, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland.
The direct shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by you.
Returning a web order to one of our stores:
Unwanted item(s) can be returned to one of our two stores. Stores cannot provide refunds on Web orders, however, items can be exchanged in line with our 28 day exchange policy. Alternatively, a credit note can be issued. Exchanges of online orders in-store can only be made with proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
