The term 'customer' or 'you' refers to the viewer or user of of website or the person requesting services and/ or buying products from S&R Diamonds ltd.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order on our Website you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for the lack of stock or the unavailability of the products. If a product you have ordered is not available when the order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible via email, we will then suggest an alternative or cancel the order. Please consult the selection of items available for sale through the website, since not all products we offer in our stores are available for this type of sale. By placing an order on our Website, you guarantee that you are over the age of 18 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts.

Orders: Any order placed on our Website will not be accepted or processed by us until the amount has been charged to your account. When you place an order on our website you undertake that all of the personal and credit card details you have provided are accurate and true and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of the goods you are purchasing from us. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, however, this does not imply that your order has been approved, as it will still be subject to our subsequent verification and acceptance. After payment is accepted your order will then be dispatched, only at this time will the contact between you and us be formalized, and only for the goods listed in the confirmation email.

Pricing: The prices payable for the items you have ordered are specified on our website and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs for shipping your order will be changed in addition. All of our prices are in euros (€) and will be billed in euros (€) .Prior to completion of the order, on your part of the website, you have the opportunity to review all of the details of the order such as prices, charges, items, and make any necessary corrections or amendments. We try to ensure all of our items are described and prices accurately, however, prices are subject to change at any given time. In the event that a product is priced incorrectly due to a typographical or website error, we will not process the order but notify you as soon as possible to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to cancel the order or proceed with the updated price. 

Discount Codes: On occasion we may offer promotional discount codes, such codes can only be applied to full price items and can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

Delivery: We aim to to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (provided items are in stock). All orders are sent via Fastway Couriers. Diamonds Jewellers are not responsible for any packages that were signed for by anyone other than the addressee. 

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominanlty  neither commercial nor self employed.

The purchase contract is concluded with S&R diamonds ltd.

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non - binding online catalog.

By clicking on the order button you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shipping cart .Confirmation of receipt of your order will be made by email after sending the order.

Credit Card: By submitting your order you will transmit your credit card data at the same time. The payment transaction is automatically performed by the credit card company and charged to you card.

We save the Contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. you can see the contact text in our Customer login.

 

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated ,the statutory warranty applies.

For Consumers claims for defect in used goods is 12 months, 6 months with non precious metals.

Data protection

You can visit our website without giving any personal information.

We only store access data in so called log in files, such as the name of the requested file ,the date and time of the retrieval, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider.

We collect personal information if you voluntary provide it to us as part of your order.

After completion  of the contract, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after tax expiry retention period.

For fulfillment  of the contact, we will pass your data on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery that is necessary for the delivery of the said goods.
